Mr. Talmadge Tinsley has been an innovator in homebuilding and residential development since the 1960's. In addition to single-family development, The Talmadge Tinsley Company constructed hundreds of custom homes in North Dallas, Plano, and Arlington from the 60's thru the 80's. Talmadge is well known for his creativity and leadership in DFW Custom Homebuilding and development of Planned Communities. The Preston Road area of North Dallas and Plano are dotted with his past residential developments such as Prestonwood, Prestonwood West, Preston Port, and The Villages of Willow Bend, and Pepperwood.

Tinsley is currently involved in single-family residential developments such as The Preserve, Regency Park, Eagle Glen, Pointe West, and Irongate and Oaks at Firewheel through various partnership interests. During his career, Tinsley has developed in excess of 5,000 acres into single-family lots in planned Metroplex Communities.

Mr. Lipari has been constructing homes since the 1970's and was personally trained by Mr. Tinsley during his tenure with the Talmadge Tinsley Company. Mr. Lipari has constructed custom homes for owners whose homes range in size up to 18,000 sq. ft.. Tony's unique experience and capability to adapt to evolving construction design, standards, and materials coupled with his management and customer relations talent, enables him to construct complex homes with a high level of quality and customer service.

Daren, attended Brookhaven College and has worked in construction management since 1990.  During his tenure with two major Dallas homebuilders, he was a top producer with excellent marks in customer satisfaction. In addition, he trained new builders in the companies.
